Choose an individual plugin or the collection, then close your DAW. Open the PKG for an individual plugin, or open the collection DMG and run the installer inside. Reopen your DAW to find the installed plugins; your shared 14-day trial begins when you first open an unlicensed paid plugin.

If a download stops, check your browser’s downloads and try Resume. Use an individual installer for a smaller download. If you restart, cancel the old attempt first. The installers require a Mac; on your phone, use the download page’s email option.

No account or credit card is needed. After the trial, unlicensed plugins have periodic silence until purchased. Serve remains free, and you can activate a purchase without reinstalling.

Get help

Tell us your macOS version, DAW and version, plugin format (AU, VST3 or AAX), and what you expected to happen. Include a screenshot or exact error message when useful, but never send passwords or payment details.

Install locations

Audio Units install in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components. VST3 plugins install in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3. AAX plugins install in /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins.

After installation, restart your DAW and rescan plugins if the suite does not appear immediately.

Activate your license

Each .dialslicence file unlocks the plugin or bundle named in that purchase. Drag it onto an unlicensed Dinner Audio plugin window, or click the D and paste the license text. Additional purchases combine locally, and verification happens entirely offline.

Lost license or download

Contact support from the email used at checkout and include your order number. We can verify the order and reissue the same license.
