A purchased Dinner Audio licence grants one person a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the licensed products on computers that person owns or controls, including for commercial musical work. The licence unlocks the products listed in its signed entitlement data. It does not grant ownership of the software or rights to distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share the software or licence file.
The unlicensed software includes a 14-day trial with no audio restriction. When the trial ends, it remains usable and applies a clearly indicated 1.5-second silence every twenty seconds. Installing a valid offline licence removes this restriction. A licence contains the purchaser's name, email address, and order reference.
The plugins do not connect to the internet, collect telemetry, or transmit licence data. Purchase processing, receipts, taxes, and refunds are handled by the authorised store under its own terms and privacy policy.
You may not circumvent the licence checks, reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use one personal licence as a shared studio/site licence. The software is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Dinner Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
